- Exceptionnal Measurement Capabilities: Sylvac’s absolute lever probe delivers an impressive resolution of 0.01 µm for the most demanding measurement tasks. Engineered for reliability, it minimizes hysteresis to ensure consistent and accurate results with outstanding repeatability and accuracy.
- Direct Digital Output: The probe can be connected directly to a computer via USB or an M8 industrial connector, allowing for seamless integration with data acquisition software such as Sylcom without the need for additional modules or display units.
- Compact and Versatile Design: With a maximum thickness of 16 mm, it’s tailored for applications in tight spaces and offers a dovetail mounting system for maximum flexibility. Our lever probe can handle a variety of setups, from jigs and fixtures to integration with height gauges or PLCs.

- Exceptional Compatibility: Sylvac’s lever probes are fully compatible with the following Sylvac software and display units:
- D300S: Version 2.35 and higher (or 2.5 and higher for high-resolution applications, USB).
- D400S: With MB-4P interface.
- D62S: M8 connection.
- Sylcom: Version 1.3.1 and higher (USB).
- Vmux: Version 1.35 and higher (USB).
- PLC I/O (Open): For wired versions.
